As we both know, you are more naturally inclined to derive meaning from events and circumstances than I. Still, it is heartening to me that you find good in all the horror. In my own admittedly-not-so-horrible and truly wonderful life experiences, I always feel more like a cork-in-the-water than and unwitting accomplice, as you do. Just more for us to talk about when we get together.

It was for you alone that I left in the possibility that my ascribing of meaning is quite possibly *only* a self-motivator than something actually real.

Nonetheless, reminds me of a line from a song by a good friend 8.bliss which goes:
"What's the meaning of life? Think shallow, the answer is within the question."
